As principal of ReelStories, I have been involved in video production for the last 15 years. My passion for video began when I picked up an old Hitachi VHS camera and has evolved steadily so that I’m now using a professional Sony 3 chip DV camera. When I’m not behind the camera or editing suite, I teach videography to high school students and to adults in a continuing education program. Just to keep me on my technological toes, I also work as a beta tester for Matrox, a Montreal-based company with expertise in the production of video editing hardware and software.
With today’s technology, anyone with motivation can produce high-quality, professional work. I firmly believe that there are three essential components to a highly polished video production. First, you must have a story. Second, that story should be communicated in an interesting and artistic manner. And third, the technology at your disposal must be used effectively in order to convey the story in a way that will educate and inspire.
At ReelStories, we can help you on all three counts. With my background in videography and my personal commitment to produce work that exceeds expectations, I am sure that should we connect, you’ll find your involvement with ReelStories to be both enlightening and rewarding
